I also wish to express my absolute satisfaction with my assigned cleaner, jewel. She is such a hard work and such a lovely person to be around.
I think she did a nice job. Only feedback is the shower screens didn't seem very clean. There was still some soap scum left. Also, there is still a bit of mould in the shower. Perhaps asking for some mould spray to get rid of this next time.
I was very satisfied with my first experience with a house cleaner, Cheung is a very nice young man and an exceptional cleaner on a score of 1 to 5 I would rate him a 5.
